As a Customer Service Representative reporting to the Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for front line contact of players within Dark Age of Camelot, Ultima Online and Warhammer Online. You will be assisting players with character, inventory and quest issues, as well as gathering information for the QA department. Teamwork and a professional attitude are key in this role. Composure and interpersonal skills are crucial in this role. Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.) is a must.
