Now that the quest is live and players can experience it, I have had to evaluate the effectiveness of the spend for the results. Through the process, our technology changed, our practices for building quests changed, our team changed... all for the better, in my opinion. Player conversion during this time has climbed from three percent to as high as 54 percent of new trials converting to paying subscribers. Existing paying subscriber's attrition has dropped significantly. Judging the importance of Peter's contribution to these statistics is difficult because we've improved the client and added new tutorials, quests, and monsters during the same period, but I feel that we wouldn't have been quite so successful and our development capacity wouldn't be as improved if we hadn't had Peter's team's contribution.
