Guild Wars: PvP Elitism on Ten Ton Hammer (http://guildwars.tentonhammer.com/index.php?module=ContentExpress&func=display&ceid=153)
Apparently the lack of a shiny animal head (or apparition, in the case of those ‘elite’ rank 9 players) means I had no idea how to play PvP. To be objective, it did show that I had a lack of experience in that specific area of the game; however it can’t accurately reflect my game play ability. To reflect above, I won my first Hall of Heroes match and was champion of the tournament with a grand total of 11 fame to my name (I am a quick understudy after all!)
It would seem that most ‘elite’ players forget the fact that at one time, they were also a ‘noob’, and had to learn the ropes of PvP play.
