New MMORPSFG in development

Hi all, i am making an online game called W.O.R(stands for War.Of.The.Realities)War of the Realities (acronym = w.o.r)
STORY
In the year 3302 humans have virtually taken over every species of aliens throughout their galaxy being given the new nick name of ‘violence incarnate’ They have virtually taken away all trees for space and know survive through another source of carbon dioxide. MAGIC. So a human madman discovers a new source for magic because supplies are running out. So the human species sets out to get this new source. But this new source is in a different reality on the world of AARKSINH. AARKSINH is a peaceful world filled with elven, dwarves, gnomes, golems, dragons, serpents, centaurs ect.( you get the picture) So the humans go and nuke the place. Obviously the magic that the peeps of AARKSINH control helps them but about 2/10 of them are wiped out (in a sense almost 2 species) So the ghosts, zombies, and ect. Decide to help the good peeps of AARKSINH against the humans and their massive alien/robot/cyborg army leading up to a apocalyptic which the player fights in choosing to be on the bad side(human army) or the good( peeps of AARKSINH).

A vast quest system
Over 4355 different combinations possible per player
Sell stuff
Guilds
Parties
Create homes
Choose to play as over 15 species
Choose to play in over 20 classes( ranging from paladins, to gun chargers, from mages to snipers)
Play on the Human Army, or the Army of AARKSINH
Pillage villages
Attack dungeons
Compete against others to obtain the right to challenge the creator and other mods

Go to over 10 different islands in the vast world of AARKSINH including the skies and god realms

Play in space

Play in massive pvp battles as part of a guild or army against a specific faction

If any one is interested in helping or aiding me in the development just pm me, currently the positions available are
MODELING- need 1 architecture modeler who must be very experienced in a) blender or b)3ds max
Also need a landscape modeler with the same requirments as above
Programming - need a GUI programmer who has a large amount of experience in C++ and directx
We also need someone who is experienced effeciently enough in SQL server for the databases.
WEB/ADVERTISING- we need a web developer who has a lot of experience in
a) expession web
b)dreamweaver
for advertsing we just need someone who could advertise a lot.

PS: If u decide to help i can't guarantee any pay unless peeps play my game, so far i have 155 beta testers who want to play my game...
I am thinking of adding a mem feature so peeps can pay $5 a month for special features

PSS: I already have 4 concept artists, 1 character modeler, 1 weapon modeler, and i have a programmer for the server and client

Tiptek is currently recruiting developers for the mmo W.O.R, u can see more information in mmo development. If u wanna help then just pm me.
Instead of posting all jobs here just go to my topic called NEW MMORPSFG IN DEVELOPMENT (it is in mmo development) it includes all job offerings and information about W.O.R and what we still need. I cannot guarantee u will be payed as my team is indie not commercial, i repeat not commercial!!! Thnx in advance.
